Oversees and supports major campus events, student programs, and marketing initiatives. Provides guidance to student leaders and collaborates across departments to enhance campus engagement and community traditions.
Areas of oversight include the Homecoming Parade, Crimson Kickoff, CK First-Year Walk & Photo, Noche de Luminarias, Aggie Cup Initiative, Aggie Memorial Day Committee, and the Event Review Committee.

Asst Director, Student Activities/Student Media Advisor
Dr. Fred Martino
Provides guidance for student media, including KRUX and The Round Up. Supervises student staff, coordinates internship opportunities within Student Media, and supports First Amendment and free speech education initiatives. Co-chairs the Student Life Communication and Marketing Committee to enhance departmental communication, outreach, and student engagement.

Leadership, Engagement, & Traditions Coordinator
Karo Ademilla
Supports student leadership and campus traditions by advising Phi Eta Sigma and coordinating events that build community and Aggie spirit. Helps plan programs like Aggie Carnival, Aggie Camp, Halloween Howl, and other student outreach and leadership activities. Serves as a connection between SILP, AWO, and Aggie Experience.

Fraternity and Sorority Life Coordinator

Supports the Fraternity and Sorority Life community by advising the IFC and Panhellenic Councils. Oversees chapter growth and development, supervises the FSL Graduate Assistant, and leads risk management, health, and wellness initiatives to promote a safe and supportive Greek community.

Supports the Associated Students of NMSU (ASNMSU) by advising student leaders and the Executive Branch. Oversees staff and retreat coordination, manages administrative processes, and works with the advising team to ensure effective student governance and leadership development.

Helps manage the daily operations of the ASNMSU office and supports student employees. Oversees purchasing and hiring processes, supervises office staff, and assists with budgeting and funding requests, including College Council appropriations and work-study programs.

Oversees daily operations and administrative processes for the SILP office. Manages student organization recognition and event review, reviews risk management quizzes, supervises student employees, and coordinates office supplies and resources to support student involvement and activities.

Oversees the NMSU Student Hotline, produced every Thursday on Crimson Connection. Manages weekly submissions, coordinates publication, and serves as a point of contact for questions or assistance related to submissions.
